How to withdraw funds

Clients can withdraw funds online by completing the Withdrawal Form and send it to us via the details below. Please allow approximately two business days for withdrawal requests to be received and processed.

Fees

Egoli Forex does not charge any internal fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, please note payments to and from banking institutions may attract intermediary transfer fees from either party which are independent of Egoli Forex. Any such fees will be the responsibility of the client.

No Third Party Withdrawals

Please note that due to Anti-Money Laundering laws, you can only withdraw funds from your trading account to a bank account held under your name. Egoli Forex is unable to facilitate funds transfers to or from third party accounts. This policy applies to both individual accounts as well as corporate accounts.

Deposit Instructions

Please note that Egoli Forex only accepts funds originating from a bank account or an account in the client's name held at a licensed financial institution.

Egoli Forex does not accept Third Party Payments, Bankers Drafts, Check, Cash deposits and remittances from Exchange houses. Funds from any third party account will be rejected and returned.

Transfer Charges:

Egoli Forex does not charge any fees for depositing funds into a Client Trading Account. However, Egoli Forex can and will only credit your account with the actual amount received on your behalf. All transfer charges and fees will and must be borne by the Client.
